  I was told by our taxi driver who picked us up that he's only ever heard bad things about this place and was surprised it was still in business.

  Absolutely shockingly awful. Went here as a present for a massage, without a doubt the worst I have ever had. The staff are not qualified and had no professional training. It felt like a child pouring a litre of oil on to my back and very lightly rubbing it everywhere. No understanding at all in how to massage.

  Thanks Bree, I couldn't of been happier with the treatments and service I received today. I am so relaxed, refreshed and feel amazing! I had the ultimate indulgants packages with all extras and believe me it was worth it! Bree made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the room was very peaceful. Bree makes sure to use the correct products for your skin type, performed every treatment beautifully and never skipped a minute of what it was worth! Great employee! I will highly recommend reflections, Thanks again Bree. :)

  Massage room lacked ventilation and smelt of oil. Towels on the bed and those used on our bodies were heavy in oil and smelt terrible. Our couples massage consisted of a lot of oil lathered all over us, not much actual massaging and as though the therapists were rushing. Poor quality pedicure, once again felt rushed. No dead, rough skin was removed, nail polish didn't dry and smudged easily. Certainly not relaxing or enjoyable and not worth the ridiculous money we paid. Would not recommend to anyone!
